Windows 10: Xbox One S controller problems on Windows 10

I figured i would ask this here as i have seen dozens of "solutions" and none worked.

So i have a Xbox One S Wireless controller, which worked fine on all PCs i played games on,
and i think after some Windows 10 update i got this problem : Unknown USB DeviceDevice descriptor request failed

Now it doesn't work on my PC or any other PC I've tried.

Here's a list of things I've tried so far:

-Updating all USB Root hub drivers
-Updating BIOS
-Disabling, then enabling the Unknown device controller
-Updating Unknown device drivers
-Uninstalling the Unknown device drivers, then rebooting the PC
-Tried all USB ports on PC 3.0 and 2.0
-Tried 7 different MicroUSB cables
-Tried Xbox accessories app, and it doesn't even detect the controller
-Tried Steam big picture, doesn't even detect the controller
-Tried downloading Xbox One controller drivers from the Windows Support site

Please, i would greatly appreciate a working solution.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
