    My video's colors look washed out!


    I got this computer about a week ago, and since the beginning I have been experiencing problems with my video playbacks. My general display looks fine, but if I look back on a video that I recorded in "Windows Photos" or "Movies and TV" the colors look washed out, and have this white-ish hue over them the left photo is how it should look, and the right photo is how it turned out. any help?My video's colors look washed out!     Awful washed out colors in Windows 10. Happens intermittently

    I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

    My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

    My video's colors look washed out!

    Edge browser colors looks washed out.

    On YouTube and some other sites in the Edge browser colors looks washed out.

    On Chrome they are good. So I know it is not my computer. Being that they look different on the same PC in 2 different browsers.

    Is there anything to do about it?
