Laptop won't boot past several BSODs.

Hello! My laptop has been in a bootloop for a while now. It shows these BSODs whenever I try to open my laptop:

    • CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
    • CRYPTO_LIBRARY_INTERNAL_ERROR
    • 0xc000021a

Whenever I open my laptop, one of these BSODs appear and then either restart or shut down by itself.

I can't access my Advanced Boot Options menu because the BSODs keep appearing, so I can't even boot into safe mode. I also tried booting from a USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation media, but the same BSODs keep appearing. I've already disabled Secure Boot and I've made sure I have the flash drive selected as my main boot device. I've also done a Memory Diagnostic Tool test just a few days ago, with no errors. Also, is there some kind of way to be able to access the files in the hard drive? The files in the drive are very important, so I need them backed up before I format the whole drive.

For more info, here's some of the specs of my laptop:

    • MSI GP60 2QF Leopard Pro
    • Windows 10 Pro

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it'll be very very much appreciated. Thank you!

    :)

    BSOD- atikmpag.sys

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:
    • Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
    • Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
    • After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.

I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.

    Best of luck! *Toast :toast:

  3. ughhh! BSOD on boot

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

Laptop won't boot past several BSODs.

    laptop doesnt boot automatically

    This is what happened.

    1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
    2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
    3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
    4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
    5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
    6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.

Many thanks to all members who helped to troubleshoot problems.
