1 - Need to change Microsoft Account associated with computer and cancel old account please?

I had set it up with Outlook which I cannot utilize.

2 - Also. How do I do Bitlocker Encryption on Windows 10? It does not seem to come installed with Windows Home, and I could just look on the net, but I want specifics and good resources so I don't get crud in order to encrypt a drive.

    Thanx!

Change in folder size after enabling Bitlocker

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand you concern related to the size of the folder displayed. Try these steps to narrow down the issue:

    1. Disable bitlocker
and then check the folder size.
    2. We would also suggest you to open the folder and select all files and see the size of the contents.

Let us know if the size of the contents matches the folder size. If you see a difference, then the folder might be showing incorrect size.

Kindly reply us with the requested information to assist you better.

    Awaiting for your response.

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.
