Wanting to solve this for my sister. She has only had this Dell Latitude E7470 for about a year, and 'outta the blue' she has this video display issue. This is a shared-memory video - typical Intel HD, not discrete. The panel is FHD/LED non-touch. The laptop is squeaky clean - showed little use. It is not at my location - we're about a thousand miles apart, but I'm working on getting it sent here so I can fix. For the record she is running Windows 10 pro, v1909 I believe.

Harness? Panel? video logic? I would think harness only because over the years of heard of such problems/repairs more so than panel-replacements. help me out pls

That's what it looks like to me too. I also see (cat?) hair on the keyboard.

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
