Windows 10: Samsung Laptop WebCam SC-13HDL11939N does not work in Windows 10

Hi all


The webcam that is on my laptop does not work. I only get a black screen in any program I use Camera, SCamera and Skype. I have uninstalled the device and reinstalled and have the most up-to-date drivers installed but I am still having the same issues.


The Samsung model is a notebook and the model number reads as: NP3530EC.


I see similar queries posted in previous years do not seem to have been answered - can anyone confirm if there is a resolution for this?

Camera does not work

I have a Samsung NP300E5C-S06 laptop and a built in WebCam SC-13HDL11939N. My camera does not work, the screen is dark, although the camera is in use. The camera has access to Skype as well, but I am not visible in a video call. I have windows 10 operation
system. How can I make my camera work again?

Samsung Mini DV SC-D6550 Camcorder Driver for Windows 10

Does anyone know if there is a driver available for Windows 10 to recognized my Samsung Mini DV SC-D6550 Camcorder?

I went to Samsung's website & downloaded the codec & driver for it but I can't get it to work on my new laptop with Windows 10

Any suggestions?

Is this a screenshot from your Windows 10 computer? If so, we would like to know the following information to help us isolate this problem:

• What is the status of your device under the General tab?
• Have you tried updating the driver for your webcam?
