Windows 10: BSOD and frequent freezes

Hi,

As said in the subject I have continuous BSODs and freezes on Windows 10.
I noticed that happens only on certain startups: if I run the pc for half an hour without having any issue, it continues running without issues even for days if I don't shut it down.

Otherwise, if I have a BSOD/freeze, if I keep trying to restart the PC, I keep having the same issue until I wait for 15-20 minutes with the PC turned off, then I restart it and everything is fine.

Various errors are shown in BSOD.

I tried replacing the SSD, reinstall every single driver NVIDIA geforce 960 graphic card, but nothing.

Anyone can help me?

Games Freeze Frequently / BSOD

World of Warcraft freezes frequently for up to a minute at times. The game crashed once, resulting in a BSOD.

 

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.
