Windows 10: Taskbar not working properly Stays in fullscreen, sound icon, network icon, time and messages

Hello,


Since today I noticed how my windows taskbar is not functioning well. Whenever I use an application in full screen, the taskbar overlaps the application. Furthermore, if I left-click the network, sound, time or messages buttons, they won't open as usual.


I tried to solve this in various ways, but none worked:


1. Restarting Windows Explorer in task manager

2. Disabling and enabling these icons

3. Rebooting the computer

4. Running 'sfc /scannow' in Powershell

5. Tried looking for a windows update

6. Used the windows problem finder


Im out of ideas how to fix this, its really annoying, I hope I get help soon

System Icons on taskbar

Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

ThrottleStop 8.60 Stays in Taskbar

Hello!

I have an issue with ThrottleStop 8.60 (And 8.50U) staying in the taskbar when minimizing and not going to the notification area. The notification icon is there but it is always in the taskbar too. If I check 'Minimize on Close it still stays in the taskbar. Is this a bug or does anyone know how to get it off my taskbar and only in the notification bar?

Taskbar no network icon


Network and Sharing is the only plce I can see the list of detected networks.
How do I get the the icon on the taskbar?
