I have problem on my hp leptop i updatesoftware's After that i restart I try to type my password said thepassword is incorrect try I try to safe mood not work don't know what I do now?

• Are you referring to Outlook Express or Microsoft Office Outlook?
• What was the previous operating system installed?
• How did you install Windows 10?
• Was it an upgrade via Windows Update or through ISO download?

Note that if you performed a clean installation using the ISO download, all programs will be lost. Please reply with the information asked so we can help you further.

Hi Brian,

It looks like the installation was stopped during some critical stage which could have resulted in some corrupt system files. Under normal situation we'd recommend reinstalling with an installation media, but considering that Windows 10 is free only when
you upgrade and not when you perform a clean install, I would suggest you to install the previous operating system again and then upgrade to Windows 10. Hope this helps. Feel free to get back to us if you have any further queries; we'd be happy to help.

Since the status shows “The Windows Installer services is not started”, I suggest you to start the services listed in the above post by following steps from
