Windows 10: Facing issue while trying to open personalize open from desktop by right click

Below error is coming when I am trying to open Personalize option from the right click menu on desktop





I have upgraded my windows 10 from single language to pro in last month. I have also tried to reset the app association but that has not worked. This is the first time I noticed this error. Please help in resolving this.

Personalization not opening.

Hi, i'm facing this unusual issue in my windows 10 laptop from a month.

The problem is that i can't able to access the personalization section ! . Ya simple as it is but not. Other than this i can open remaining settings like update,display settings etc.

whenever i tired to open the personalization from the desktop (right click) or through the the settings , both ends up in the static setting icon . As the below image





So i've even contacted the support team , and which i found out with the help of william V, this issue is facing in the admin account itself .

He created the temp account and it was opening fine .Due to some network reason our session got disconnected before he could suggest me the solution to the problem.

So kindly suggest the solution to this problem

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check.

• 
  Type Default Programs in the search bar and hit enter key.
  

• 
  Choose Photoshop from the left panel and click OK.
  

Now check if you are able to open it by a right click.

Error- HTTP/1.1 200 OK on Edge and other browers goes blank when try to open particular websites

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Since from when are you facing this issue?
• What happens when you try to access the same websites in other PC?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it help you.

• Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Open a website.
• Click on '. . .' select Open with Internet Explorer
  and check if the issue persists.

If the issue doesn't resolve, try the below steps.

• Press Start, type Internet Explorer and
  select it.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P, it opens Internet Explorer as
  InPrivate mode. Try to access the website and check if the issue still persists.
