Windows 10: Windows 10 active settings and ESD recovery options

Here I am hyper and doing too much work for this computer. Somehow for an unknown reason the settings that I have on this PC and the other PC merging in the Microsoft account are mixing with some other form. I attached some ISO mounts and one of them is an ESD from the insider addition I assume. Some form of 1709, or 1809 Windows 10. It's creating local icon for programs I do not have installed. I do have this program on the first computer however. Strange enough. And. This is still happening.

I'm kind of in the 'palisade'.

Missing options in Recovery in Settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Following are the steps to assist you in how to
Roll Back to your previous OS.

• Click on the Start icon
• Click on Settings, and then click on Update and Security.
• On the left pane you will find Recovery option, you will find the option
  Go Back to Earlier Build and the click on Get Started.

Your system will restore back to your previous OS.

Note:

• If you have upgraded from a Windows 7 OS to Windows 10, but your original OS in your computer is either a Windows 7 or 8. The system will roll back to the original OS
• If you want to roll back your system to the previous OS,31 days after installing Windows 10 you will not be able to perform the roll back.
• If you perform a Clean install while loading Windows 10, the option to roll back will not be possible.

Windows 10 recovery options ?.

When the password is wrong and the pin number is wrong is there a way recover the data or even the OS ?.

The extra added issue to this is that the systems running UEFI so no inputs working on boot, so how do you get in to the recovery options.


Could it be as simple as plugging in a USB drive with windows 10 on it and hoping it boots up off it ?. It's the only option not tried as yet as the owner of the system as just got out of hospital wanted to try passwords and pins which seemed to fail every time even though he\she is pretty sure are right.

I am thinking that's the way to go is there any other ways to gain access other than taking the drive out of the system. Data on the system is important too.

 

Going back to Windows 10 from Windows 7 with the ESD Folder?
