  1. Keyboard & Mouse unresponsive

I turned my off Sunday night because I received a message from Microsoft saying there was and update. Since then my mouse and keyboard do not work. I have tried other mice and keyboards, same thing. Once the blue screen with the 4 windows opens I loose control of my keyboard and mouse. The only function key that works if F12 and I have to do that before the blue windows screen opens. I have control of both the mouse and keyboard in the re-boot area but that is it.

I am not an IT person and don't know anything about code. I do know that I have a Dell Desktop with a intle CORE VPro inside. That is about all I know.

    :)

    • Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.
