Windows 10: Sudden zoom failure after hitting the “unmute” button after being in a class for 2 hours.

I know that zoom works great right, I think we all do. I did the windows update (KB4562899) that I recieved as a nofication this afternoon right before the class started (5pm GMT-6, 12/08/2020). Class was going fine untill i answered a question right at the very end by hitting my unmute button. The zoom client completely locked up after a force quit and would not allow me to rejoin the call even after 1. Killing all tasks, 2. Restarting windows. Zoom still is having trouble running in a call, crashes immediately, but when it doesn’t it just hangs. Never mind even getting the promt to enter the class details. Windows? Or Zoom?

IE11 not keeps entry when hit back button

I have a little issue with a web up that opens in IE11.
It works when the "thing" is installed on local pc (little installer that creates an icon on desktop pointing to Internal WebServer providing the app).

1. in app list of names is presented. To quickly find the data for particular person the ID is typed in ID Patient field (8888888).




2. the list of data related to the Patient ID 8888888 appears. Each line is clickable...




3. When hit return button, it brings first screen but without the entry 8888888 in ID Patient box that was typed in step 1.
It works fine when running on local pc. But when published by Citrix (the icon delivered to Desktop) the entry not kept.
Citrix Server is 2012 R2 with IE11 (the same that used on local machines).




May be somebody can suggest what IE setting should be adjusted. Something related to web form caching?

Can't unmute microphone?

Hi,

In general, the microphone is on mute. We'd like to clarify following steps that you've done and ask you a few questions:

• When you unmute the microphone, is it via Recording tab under
  Recording devices?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Are there any newly installed applications that may have caused this?
• Is this an on going issue or recent?
  

 

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?
