    Shadow of War save gone missing


    Hello, I recently purchased the Xbox Ultimate game pass subscription for one month. The past two days Ive been having no problems, except today.

    I installed Shadow of War from the Microsoft store two days ago and have been having no problems. Today after I booted up the game the EULA and the language selector showed up. I thought this only showed up the first time playing. I accepted both and moved on, I went to play but my save file is missing forcing me to start a new game. I have contacted WB Games but they have given me no response yet. I uninstalled the game and installed the definitive edition which should not conflict my save files because it only adds DLC. I have read on websites that a lot of people have been having this problem, and I couldn't find a solution. Any help is great.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Shadow of War UWP no longer runs

    Got the Fall Creators Update today and Shadow of War simply does not run. No error message: Just the game's logo in a black window before it just closes itself.
