Hi guys I have a quite new pc it’s working super good in everything. My boot drive is a NVMe drive so it’s quite fast. I got my first account connected to one drive etc. and I make one for my brother

When I’m booting pc after using my account it’s takes much longer than booting from his account. What do do to prevent that and make all accounts booting quick af???

  2. Windows 8.1 Pro Slow When Restarting But Cold Boot Is Fast

Hi starvinmarvin, this is Techhelper89. I'm here to help.

    Try the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Disable Fast Startup and check if it works for you.

Fast startup is a new feature in Windows to help your PC start up faster after shutting down. When turned on, Windows does this by using a hybrid shutdown (a partial hibernate) method that saves only the kernel session and device drivers (system
information) to hibernate (hiberfil.sys) file on disk instead of closing it when you shut down your PC.

    Steps:

    1. Press Windows + X key and click Control Panel.
    2. Click on Power options.
    3. Click on Choose what the power buttons do.
    4. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable. If it prompts to click on yes, then click Yes.
    5. Uncheck Turn on fast startup (Recommended) under shutdown settings.
    6. Click Save changes to configure the settings.

The link I have found these steps from is https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ndows-10/6fc5cd4c-fd40-44b1-8abf-08c34ca65a7c. (This is another post on the Microsoft Community.)

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks.

  4. Two users on PC one booting slow one fast

Windows 10 restarts very slow, but boot very fast

Yes, I have that famous bug of Wndows 10. When I shut down my PC, and then turn on it with the button of the case, the System boot very fast, like in15 seconds, but when I restarting the system, it delays like 2 minutes to restart (I talking from the Bios
    screen)

But that is not the only difference. When I turn on the PC, appears a blue screen with the dual boot (W10 and W7) and W10 boot very fast. But, when I restart the system appears a black screen with the dual boot (WTF?) and the restart is very slow. I have
W10 on a SSD Samsung 850 Evo and W7 on a HDD, and in fact the restart of W7 on a HDD is more fast than W10 on a SSD.

That garbage bug has any solution? I saw a lot the people asking the same in a lot of forum and the answeres are always the same bull sh*** about "disable fast boot", "disable programs from startup", "run troubleshooting bla bla".

Someone know why we have 2 differents screens to dual boot? (blue nice and fast / black ugly and slow)

And, the more important: how the hell fix the slow restart?
