    Blue screen of Death


    My computer keeps recycling to a blue screen and saying "your device ran into a problem" & needs to re-start. It gathers information."It lists "KMODE exception not handled'. When it gets to 100%, then it goes to the Gateway logo, "Preparing Automatic Repair" and starts all over again. It just keeps recycling the same information. I've turned it off and left it off for a few hours. When I turn it back on, it starts the same thing again. Can someone tell me if this is a problem with the hard drive? I'm guessing that's what it is, but I'd like to be able to tell the Geek Squad that's the problem.
