Windows 10: Windows Hello Not Working After Update to KB4569745

Hello, I'm having a trouble on my laptop device that I cannot sign in using Windows hello feature, the messages that I get is "couldn't turn on the camera" and when I checked device manage this is what I get from Integrated Ir camera :

The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. Code 48

this is the last update that I got today

and when opening Lenovo Vantage application the windows got BSOD.

My device is Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Extreme Gen 2

August 11, 2020 - KB4569745 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004

Summary

An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when ASP.NET or .NET Framework web applications running on IIS improperly allow access to cached files. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could gain access to restricted files. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would need to send a specially crafted request to an affected server. The update addresses the vulnerability by changing how ASP.NET and .NET Framework handle requests.

CVE-2020-1476

A remote code execution vulnerability exists when Microsoft .NET Framework processes input. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take control of an affected system. To exploit the vulnerability, an attacker would need to be able to upload a specially crafted file to a web application. The security update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how .NET Framework processes input.

My hello sign in stopped working.

Are you pertaining on Windows Hello sign-in? If yes, does it mean that the facial recognition is not working?

Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

Meanwhile, it is better to check the status of Windows Hello sign-in option in your computer. To check the Windows Hello status, follow these steps:

Click the Start button and select the Settings
icon.

Choose Accounts from the list.

Select Sign-in options in the left pane of the window.

Under Windows Hello, kindly check the status of it.

Windows Hello does not work

Windows Hello Issue was solved after updating driver. But Again this driver update failed. It now shows that yellow triangle and Hello stopped working. Any suggestion?
