Windows 10: Looking for 'Qumox USB bluetooth Nano stick' adaptater drivers

Hello everyone, I have just received a USB - bluetooth adaptater to connect a bluetooth-mouse on my PC. It's not recognized by default by windows, the drivers was sent by miniCD with the nano USB stick .... and there's no CD reader on my pc

The website frome Qumox is irrelevant no drivers sections ; , I don't find it either in website like touslesdrivers.com
The dongle is named "USB Bluetooth Nano Stick", from Qumox. If someone has the driver, it would be very nice

This issue might occur due to software conflicts or malfunctioning driver.

Method 1:
The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which will check the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues with it and provides the details and on how to fix them. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.

Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key to get the Start menu.

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search box right up corner and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  
• 
  Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• 
  Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• 
  Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

I suggest you to uninstall the Nano USB drivers from Device Manager and check if the issue persists. I also suggest you to install the latest Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Problem with Hama Bluetooth USB-adapter drivers

Here is the answer I received from Hama support:

 

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk
