Windows 10: I disabled all msconfig services in windows 10, now I can't log in

I just resolve the problem and share the resolution to help people.

It actually very easy people just don't know how to do so. I tried several times and accidentally fix it. DO NOT NEED TO BOOT OR ANYTHING!!!!!!


Steps:

1The password you type in should be your MICROSOFT ACCOUNT PASSWORD NOT PIN CODE.because the PIN service is disabled

2when entering Windows, Press"Windows icon+R" and search "msconfig" to open system configuration. you can't type in searching because all services are disabled.

3then press "enable all"----"Apply"-----"Okey"

4 restart your laptop

5the password should be Microsoft account password again as in step 1.

6 When entering Windows, go to "Sign-in options" to change your Pin.

7 All done and back to normal!!!!!

Msconfig services disabled

I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
services that i accidentally disabled.

I accidently disabled all services in MSConfig. I am brought to the lockscreen but with no pin pad and so I cannot log in.

Windows + Q does not bring up anything.
