Windows 10: " Like What you See" Missing from Windows Spotlight Win 10 Home Ver 1904

I see some great pics on my lock screen and in the past I used to see in the corner of the screen "Like what you see?" and clicking on it would open the browser to a page describing the photo and where it was taken. "Like what you see" is now gone and all the fixes I tried don't seem to workSettings, change to pictures and back to spotlight, various regedit tweaks, etc. nothing seems to work. Help!

One of the possible reasons why your laptop is not asking if you like the spotlight choice might be because the Windows spotlight is not set as your lock screen background. To address this concern, we suggest enabling Windows spotlight as your lock screen
background. To do so, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Personalization and then select Lock screen.
• Under Background, click on the drop down menu and make sure to click on Windows spotlight.
