  1. What's up with File Explorer in Update W10-v2004

Ever Since I updated to Windows 10 Version 2004 the file explorer takes from 40s~2min to load and then it doesn't hang on any folder again, but if I close it and open it again it hangs again and also clicking on This PC after browsing any folder starts the hanging again. I used the ISO to "Upgrade This PC", I reinstalled W10 fresh and updated again to v2004 and it is still doing it.

Nothing helps it's been a full week trying EVERYTHING I can find online and nothing helps.. How do I rollback and prevent it from updating itself to v2004?

What's up with File Explorer in Update W10-v2004

Unable to update to w10, v2004

I have tried to update to windows 10 v2004 and have not been successful. It may have to do with my NVIDIA software. I am running GeForce GT 220. I have been able to update to NVIDIA 341.74-desktop-win10-64bit-international. Microsoft states there is a
    problem with NVIDIA under v358.00.

The message "The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. We’re offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn’t quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you’ll see the update available on this page. There’s nothing you need to do
    at this time."

Is there anything I need to do, or just wait until v2004 is available to me?

DELL Studio XPS 8100 (Purchased 4/2010, but still operating well.)

    Intel i5 Processor

    8.00 GB ram

    64-bit operating system

    no pen or touch input
