Hi all,


I am getting following error on one machines since upgrade to 2004

Windows Event Viewer Error Code 1000

Hello, I apologize for taking so long to reply, I got a little busy over the week.

Unfortunately, this was a site that I came across in my own troubleshooting, and as such I have attempted each task on this list. I have attempted most of them again simply to see if I did something incorrectly, but to no avail. For example tonight I had
2 crashes within 3 or 4 minutes of one another. Does anyone have the same issues or other suggestions for the cause?

event 1000

ever since today, whenever I would go into a folder with videos (such as anime or movies).. i would get the windows error report.. when I would check my event log I get this

event 1000

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2894, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

does anyone know what this is, or how I can fix it?

it doesn't happen when I view it in the folders.. only when I click on a file
