Massive windows 10 failure, help needed.

I was in the process of using the software Driver Booster 7 to update some drivers when my pc screen suddenly turned off. I had just installed a new graphics card about 30 minutes before.
I attempted to restart windows, but after the windows logo and spinning wheel, it would to to an black screen that never went away.
I was able to launch windows in safe mode and attempted to restore to a backup point, but I accidentally asked it to do a full reset and clean install of windows instead.
However, during the clean install process, the screen is black again. I know the install is still happening, since my pc will occasionally restart itself as the process said, but I am at a loss. Help.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
