  1. Text fonts are not displaying properly

So I recently upgraded my computer to a windows 10 pro version and now the fonts on all my screens are not crisp or sharp and in fact are actually rather difficult to read. I've looked at every setting I can and nothing improves this issue please tell me there is a fix for this I've just not found.
I have two TCL 32tv/monitors, and an intel graphics card the pictures are fabulous however text and reading is terrible!

    :)

How do I change the font size of the text displayed

I have not tweaked anything but find that the font size of the text displayed (say of TenForums) has reduced. I have tried Settings-> Display. It has only two options : Default (100%) & 150%. If I set it to 150%, everything including Desktop & Taskbar are affected. I tried changing the font size in Control Panel -> Display -> Change only Text Size ->Message Boxes, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

  3. Fonts Not Displaying Properly

Some fonts, specifically MS Gothic, MS PGothic, MS UI Gothic, size 12 and smaller, display aliased instead of anti-aliased. This is not confined to the browser, but is true in the font page itself. Therefore, all text in this font and size, such as the
Japanese text in Wikipedia and Wiktionary, are displayed pixelated, which is mildly annoying. How can this be amended without changing the browser font?
