    DELETE AND EDIT BUTTONS IN BILLING ADDRESS


    Why can I not delete obsolete billing addresses? For instance in the address book, there is a delete and edit option with a question mark in a circle link. When I click on the delete link, I'm asked to close the account if I no longer want to use it. I only want to delete that particular address because it shows up whenever I want make an in-app purchase but the region does not match my current region which makes me unable to make my purchases.

    How do I delete outdated addresses from my billing address book?

    I only have one account.

    The methods you describe do not apply to my issue.

    Why is it so hard to make that button work to delete or edit the account.

    I've spent hours navigating through the menus of the Microsoft account and reading messages in this forum but I couldn't find anything similar.

    I just want to delete billing addresses which are not bound to any card or anything.

    Hello good afternoon, I have a problem for a long time since I want to delete my shipping address and billing in microsoft because I put it wrong, and now that I did the new I put it as a main but the previous one does not let me delete it. is shipping address
    and billing someone can help me so I can delete the previous address?

    thanx for the quick reply dan!

    unfortunately, it didnt help.

    i tried removing the paying method in payment option and re-adding it, but the issue was really with my address book. when i went back to the address list, the billing address still reverted back to the old address... and i still dont have the option of
    deleting it (though i have no subscriptions, btw)

    any other options?
