  1. Windows 10 randomly kills itself and Windows update error code

Hello, i have an issue that makes Windows 10 kill itself after startup and logged in, I don't understand why does this happen, it just kills itself and then my keyboard, mouse, screen and the graphics card stops working, The error happens like this: Windows 10 boots up, then i log into my account with a PIN and then after like 3 seconds the system dies, without any form of error after rebooting.
    PC Specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF

RAM: 4GB RAM Crucial Technology x2
    GPU: AMD RX 570 8GB
    SSD: KINGSTON SA400S37240G 250GB
    HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100
    Motherboard: GA-AB350M-DS3H-CF rev 1.x X370 Chipset

Most of the time when this error happens and I'm forced to restart the computer, when Windows tries to boot it just dies on a BSOD which is BAD SYSTEM CONFIG

Another error that i have is on Windows Update which tries to install an update and it gives the error 0x80073701

It tries to install this update over and over but it fails and gives the error code 0x80073701 and i can't delay updates,

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
