Windows 10: Internet Said Bye Bye

So for the past week or so I’ve been having many strange issues with my internet on my pc maybe it has to do with the smoke from cali and oregon burning down? I have no idea but I can’t fix it no matter how many things I do. So here are some important facts for my situation.

-I use a cell data booster for my phone to get better internet connection then I use a hotspot while plugged into my phone, registering it as a hotspot.

-We have unlimited data with no slow caps.

-At around 10pm my internet starts working way better than it did earlier in the day.

-My current problem is that I will have a full internet connection from my pc to my phone and it registers that im receiving and sending bytes web pages attempt to load too but nothing happens, i get either timed out, network changed error, or the internet just cuts off all together.

I’ve been trying to fix this problem for days and I have no idea because nothing has fixed it. If anyone has any solutions at all I’d be willing to talk for as long as it takes and if you think I should post this somewhere else please let me know. Any help is appreciated and I will let you know if I’ve already tried what you’re suggesting. Thank you for reading.

20.0.019 installed and bye bye to music

I have just installed the latest firmware and I had to say bye bye to my music. I still see it's in the phone but the player doesn't see any track. I tried to follow a procedure described here, the one to access the phone in mass storage mode and delete
some files in the private folder, but without any success.

Is it a bug of the latest firmware or what???

Anybody out there who knows??
