Windows 10: Windows 10, Watchdog blue screen error dead screen

Hi.

After the August update I started facing some blue-screen error issues UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION & DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. The blue-screen error shows up for 5-10 seconds and then the screen is completely black. I have to hold the power button to restart my laptop and the BIOS confirms all the hardware is working properly.

I recently got the windows 10 re-installed from dell authorized service center and even after that I got the same errors again and again.


Please provide some solution on what should i do further to resolve this problem.



Note: I have tried all the solution given by Microsoft in the help option.

Windows watchdog blue screen

Hi Teemu,

This error can be caused most likely by an outdated driver for one of your hardware components. DPC stands for Deferred Procedure Call. The blue screen error code indicates that watchdog detects a DPC running too long, which stops your process to avoid data
corruption or damaging the computer. To help resolve the issue, we suggest
updating all the drivers on your PC as an initial troubleshooting step.

If the issue persists, you can perform a disk check. Follow the steps below to know how:

• On the search bar, type cmd then choose Command prompt.
• Right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Click
  Yes to continue after administrator permission was asked.
• Then type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter to start the process.
  

Note: Disk check will start the next time you boot your PC and it might take some time to complete.

After doing the suggested steps, check if the same issue will occur.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
