  1. September 8th update broke my laptop

Updated to the September 8th update because I was having script errors in an mmo and was told by support that upgrading windows software would help.

Updates install later and my computer is running incredibly slow. Literally everything takes infinitely longer or doesn't load at all. Restarts take 30-40 minutes compared to it's usual 3-5 (no fast boot enabled.)

Didn't make a restore point cus Ive never had issues with windows updates before. Consider this a lesson learned.

I can't access the recovery menu in settings to roll back updates, uninstall updates in control panel freezes as soon as I've picked something to uninstall, ran sfc and no errors were detected.

Dism scanhealth won't finish loading past the image number. Wusa uninstall says that it can't find the update files. I can boot into safe mode but I can't login because I don't know what the password is there.

Am I shit out of luck and have to install windows10? I'm running pro on a Dell Inspiron 7559. Please let me know if anyone needs any additional information. Any help at all is extremely appreciated.
