Windows 10: Microsoft Store not installing game, WSreset not working/pausing forever

The one time the install button managed to work, I left the PC on overnight to install and woke up to the error message: 0x80080005

I have tried wsreset.exe but it stayed open for 50 minutes without anything happening.
Currently my game is stuck on "Starting download..."

How do I fix this so I can install my game?

Can't Install anything from Microsoft Store

  I tried to install Forza Horizon 4 today from the Microsoft Store and it gave me an error, the code was 0x80070015, I tried running wsreset and it didn't work, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Windows Store not working

To better assist you with your concern, kindly answer the following questions:

• Have you made any software changes or installed software prior to the issue?
• Does the issue occurs using a different account on your computer?

We suggest you to log out and log in your account in Windows Store. You can also reset the Windows Store cache, kindly follow the steps below on how to do it:

• Click on Start menu.
• Type wsreset and select wsreset.
• Open Store app and see if your downloads are working.
