Windows 10: Thread Stuck in Device Driver + IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on an AMD Driver?

I've constantly gotten this error both before and after I clean installed windows and replaced my HDD with an SSD. I'm almost certain it's a memory issue but I'm not certain how I can resolve it. It's on an HP Envy x360 15-bq series from 2017. I can share the minidump file along with system info if that works.

Thread stuck in Device Driver

I get a "thread stuck in device driver" about half teh time I open FIREFOX browser. What is the fix for this?

I have read the other suggested fixes and none of them seem to work. I occasionally get a "AMD Video driver not loaded" message which requires me to run AMD Catalyst again. I have an R7 AMD video card.

The computer shows the error, alerts me that it is rebooting and does so, and then works fine.

Very frustrating and I did not have the problem with Windows 8.1 Pro. Is a fix coming or does it exist and I just missed it?

Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 1: Type Troubleshooter in the search bar next to
Start icon, press Enter.

Step 2: Select View all from the left side panel, and click on
Hardware and Devices option.

Step 3: Follow the onscreen instructions.

Thread Stuck in Device Driver Error on updating AMD driver

This error has started to occur recently. I don't know what caused the error, but since 2-3 months, every time I try to update my AMD Radeon M355 driver, a blue screen occurs with the error message "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER". I have not changed any
config files or any hardware related to my device. I checked for the error in the community and in the FAQ section but couldn't find a satisfactory answer.
