  2. Kernal Power EventID: 41 / Task 63

    Hi Igor,

So all was working fine with a lower graphics setting in World of Warcraft until my new PSU arrived. I installed it, and upped the graphics to where it was previously when I was getting crashes, and after awhile it restarted again...

    Kernal Power 41, Task 63, BugCheckCode 10.

Perhaps the PSU was not the issue after all.

I feel i've ran out of options.. Nothing looks out of order/malfunctioning. Temps are perfectly normal and well contained under load... Stress test with Haven Benchmark for example, does not cause the crash?

It's not the game either as it runs fine on much lower graphics settings?

    Any further advice is appreciated,

    Ian

  3. Kernal Power EventID: 41 / Task 63

    Hi,

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supply unit. Can you replace it for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And carefully look at motherboard and PSU for leaked or swelled up capacitors (little barrels).

Please let me know what kind of information I should past here. Thanks for help! (I made a lot of steps from youtube, but nothing helps). Windows 10 here.
