Windows 10: Microsoft Account License

After resetting my laptop, I try to log in my university account for installed Microsoft apps but it says that it's unlicensed. I already talked to our IT admin and they already tried to reset my password and deactivate-reactive my account but we can't seem to find what's wrong and I already tried these: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/unlicensed-product-and-activation-errors-in-office-0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380


Please help. Microsoft is the only application I use for editing and the online one has limited options.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
