Windows 10: Switching out of s mode

Hi there, I am trying to switch out of s mode but when I press the 'get' button it says "let's get you signed in" with a blank screen and a continue button. Pressing the continue button does nothing other than change the cursor to a loading icon which disappears as soon as the cursor is moved... in the microsoft store I do not have a profile icon at the top right as it I'm not signed in and trying to sign in from there also does nothing, I just want out of this s mode... i didnt even mean to get a mode it was just there after I updated my computer... please help this is driving me insane...

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
