Windows 10: Unable to find "MultiFinger gestures" option at the place where it normally should be

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 am used to the two-finger scrolling but now it has almost been a week and i am unable to find "MultiFinger gestures" option at the place where it normally should be . Tried many videos on the internet but none could help as some of the options they use are not available in my device like scroll and zoom section of mouse settings etc.

please guide i am really getting frustrated as it is a very useful feature

Multifinger gestures not working

I tried the steps you have given however there has been no change in the situation- the settings are still greyed out as above and i cannot use multifinger gestures.

My windows 10 version is 1709, OS build 16299.248

I have a Lenovo ideapad 510S-14ISK which was recently repaired due to a corruption of the operating system. Since I received it back, however, the multifinger gestures on the synaptics touchpad have not been working. I have tried reinstalling the latest
drivers from the Lenovo website, and have checked all the settings however nothing seems to work.

When I go onto the touchpad settings- additional settings- device settings, it will open the synaptics control panel but all of the options to select scroll speeds etc are greyed out (as shown below), and I cannot click on anything.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

 

Windows 10 (build 10547): are there some multifinger gestures that work on the screen (and not only on the touchpad)?

Sorry I realize now that the gestures are to be done on the touchpad and not on the screen!!!

Anyway there are multifinger gestures (other than zoom with two fingers) that can be used on the screen (expecially when the tablet is in Tablet mode)?

Moreover, when I am in Tablet Mode, is there a way to switch to the Desktop
(without changing to off the Tablet mode in the Action Center)?
