  1. shortcuts misbehave, taking two commands for one shortcut

I use windows 10 and maybe installed all the updates.

I always use windows key+d to open desktop and windows key + s to open Cortana search. but these days from last two days, when I press windows key+d, it ends up opening the 3rd program pinned to the taskbar as the shortcut for that is windows key+3.

even it happened with the other keys. So, I tried windows + 3, it took me back to desktop and then opened the 3rd pinned program in my taskbar.

    how do I fix it?

    :)

    Windows 10 commands/shortcuts/env. var.

I didn't see on your list using Win-X to bring up the basic setup of system tools like the original control panel, easy access to device manager, etc. not technically a list of commands, but at least a shortcut *Smile shortcuts misbehave, taking two commands for one shortcut :)

  3. shortcut to URL misbehaves

HOW does one open it to strip it ?

A shortcut to THIS webpage shows "shortcut to URL misbehaves - Microsoft Community" in the editable bar of its Properties; but it also opens the printer dialog.

If I substitute for that, the URL for this webpage, I get the following warning : "A file name can't contain any of the following characters: \/:*?"<>|". That warning disappears after a short while, and if I double click the edited shortcut, the printer
    dialog opens.
