Discus and support PCI Express Root Complex in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; After I downloaded the "PCI Express Root Complex" update, my computer really got screwed up.     Just curious how is it that you found out that the device installed on the PCI Express Root Complex is the drop / fall sensor, I'm having the same issue and have no clue how to determine what is this "unknown device" that installed on the PCI Express Root
    Complex.

    I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

    In a PCI Express (PCIe) system, a root complex device connects the processor and memory subsystem to the PCI Express switch fabric composed of one or more switch devices.



    Please reply to these questions:



    1. What is the make and model of the mouse?

    2. Have you tried with different USB ports?

    Let us try the following methods:



    PCI Express Root Complex issue:

    Method 1: It is a component of the motherboard; update the chipset drivers from the manufacturer’s website and see if that helps.



    USB mouse issue:



    Method 2: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Hardware and Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Devices.

    Refer these steps:

    1. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

    2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

    3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

    4. Run the Hardware and Devices



    Method 3: Try with different USB ports, and see if that helps.



    Method 4: Update the mouse drivers, and see if that helps.

    Follow the steps below to update drivers.

    1. Press Windows key + X and click on Device Manager.

    2. Expand Keyboards, Mice and other pointing devices.

    3. Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.

    PCI Express Root Complex

    PCI Express Root Complex Troubleshooting.


    After getting a couple of blue screen, and looking at it Online I ended up having a bad driver. I'm on a new built computer so I have no idea how to install the new driver for the title above I tried updating via device manager but it says it's up to date and I don't what else to do since I can't search online where I can get this driver.
