"Cannot open this app" Your IT administrator has disabled windows..."

Today I recently noticed my windows defender icon has disappeared after I load up into my videogame and didn't see the expected unable to write to documents folder error. I checked to see why and it says windows security is disabled and my edge canary has random polices enabled that I didn't set. I which have removed but I cant enable windows defender again.
I had tamper protection forced on with a reg key. So I don't see why I got hacked/disabled. Could someone help me remove this malware.

    :)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. "Cannot open this app" Your IT administrator has disabled windows..." :)

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
