Windows 10: your pc couldnt start properly

hello 4 days ago im encoutered this error 0xc000001automatic repair loop/your pc couldnt start properly and cant fix it no matter what guide i follow on internet.

here what i have do

0.of course scan for virus in safe mode none found

1.startup repair

2.sfc /scannow no error whatsoever

3.chkdsk /f/r same above

4.bootrec/mbr however bootrec/fixboot acces denied so i skipped it

5.regback

6.system restore pointnot working it says cant extract data/damaged etc

7.dism cleanimage

8.disable early launch anti malware and disable automatic repair bcdedit etc

9. now finally im out of option,gonna reset pc keep my files however it dont work, when reinstalling windows 52% it back to "preparing" then " undoing changes ". also i do dism cleanimage again in safe mode then reset pc too still the same problem.

recovery - your pc couldnt turn off properly

Hi my pc has been freezing recently, sometimes it would be at start up and sometimes it would be in 15 minites after startup but when it did i would shutdown my pc and i would get this blue screen message:

Recovery

Your pc couldnt turn off properly

the application or operating system couldnt be loaded because a required is missing or contains errors.

file: /windows/system32/winload.efi

error code: 0xc0000225

(all the stuff about installation tools)

has anyone got any suggestions?

When I start Windows 10 i received the message: "

"Your PC couldn't start properly.

A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed.
Error code: 0xc0000225

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any install media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/device manufacturer."

I believe this started due to the machine not shutdown correctly. I can start in safe mode and no recovery points are disabled.

Any ideas on how i can get this machine back?

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
