Windows 10: I Need Someones Anyones Help Please!!!

I have been dealing with an old boyfriend who has constantly tried gas lighting me far past our relationship. He is a very jealous and has covert narcists' tendencies. Let me put it like this he has gone as far as trying to convince me that my laptop had while away for a weekend with a new boyfriend had gotten a virus and had somehow shrunk 3 inches in size and lost a bunch of the expensive programs I had on it disappear. He had tried passing off some girl that he was trying to impress older then dirt one with my new bigger better one and told me it was the same laptop. Long story short here I am stuck dealing with his constant lies and flat out weirdo way again. I have a think pad that I had purchased from a male friend of mine that was a 1500 dollar laptop at a really good deal it had all the whistles and upgraded options. Well coming from a man that I've personally seen unhang someones front door as to gain access to their home before they got home and upon them arriving home had rehung the door and tried acting like he had never been inside their home know that locks are for honest people and he is not one of them long. I need to know how to tell if he is remotely trying to gain access to my computer again. Help please!!!

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
