    Hello,


    I have a friend that's experiencing extreme flickering on multiple USB webcams. We've tried updating his BIOS for his mother board to the latest version. Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the webcams, switching USB ports and searching endlessly for solutions all over. Since it's happening with multiple webcams from different brand, in separate ports and we've updated everything I can personally thing of I'm going to assume that this is an issue of compatibility with windows and am looking for a solution.

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
