Windows 10: I am unable to access my some file i.e. JPEG, excel, Word, PDF

I have a window 10 Pro version in my system. after installed some updation when I started my computer it showed me Blue blank screen on monitor. I thought winodw has currept so I installed a fresh window 10 version in my system. But after fresh installation of Window 10, I lost access of some file i.e. PDF, Excel, JPEG. A lock icon on shows of these file and whenever I tried to open these file there is a Massage box open which show " You don't have permission to access the file". I can't even copy or move these file.


There is a bit locker on this drive but before installation of Fresh window I removed these bit locker with its recovery KEY. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Unable to open Excel or Word

I am unable to open a specific Excel File or Excel or Word at all. It shows and error message (-2147163890). Any suggestions

 

How to attach word, excel or pdf file.

Kindly tell me how to attach any pdf, word or excel file with any mail because when I am opening attachment of any mail it is opening album and asking for attaching picture but there is no option for word, excel or pdf file.

sir, i can not access word/PDF files in folder> documents > phone memory.
how to access these files.

sir please in next updates you prepare this os as like PC OS, in which we can attach multipal excel,word, PDF files. and develope a excelent file explorer.
