Windows 10: $19.99 Windows 10 Pro?

I’m the owner of a small company and am trying to get PCs set up for staff use. Our full time employees have an Office 365 premium license. I purchased a few PCs not thinking about whether it needed to be the home or Pro edition, and of course got the cheaper Home edition. I attempted to install a 10 Pro update on one, but kept getting an error that there wasn’t enough space. I did end up installing it using an external drive, but there was still no space to save even minimal files on it. I just googled 10 Pro licenses and a site came up with a $19.99 version (digitalportal.shop). Is this legit? Is it even worth it to try since these PCs seemingly don’t have enough space to install anyways? Or did I potentially do the first install incorrectly?

Any way to salvage some cheap (HP stream) windows 10 home computers for work use?

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If you are referring to Windows updates then follow the steps and check.

Run the Update Troubleshooter on the computer.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

Which is good news actually, because Windows 8.1 is loads cheaper than previous versions (retail licensing at Windows 7 OEM prices). And it sort of puts a huge hole in the Windows subscription theory.
