Windows 10: Order pending 2 weeks, customer service call gets "disconnected" when they don't have answers.

Ordered a surface laptop 2 weeks ago. Order still says pending. Called support a week ago and they said they would escalate and send an email in 48 hours, but they didn't. Now this week have called twice and they keep you on the line for about 30 minutes with the line active. You can hear them typing and they say they are doing stuff like talking with a supervisor at the store. Then at some point they being to report back to you and the call somehow gets disconnected.


Any advise? Is there an email address I can use to reach out? I really want this computer.

Services Problem

For future reference , blackviper also contains a list of default settings in case you can`t remember changing a service. There are TONS of guides and references like this on the web if you don`t like blackviper.

 

Order pending

I ordered my custom made controller on march 3 and it still says it's pending, I hope I get those $93.00 for the controller I made

 

stuff that don`t work

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
