Windows 10: Many programs stopped working after reboot

After restarting my PC yesterday many of programs stopped working

I don't have any recently installed windows updates, How do I fix these problems?

Browser programs stop working

Just wanted to add one more bit of information.

As I said, the programs do work for a while, they just stop responding randomly. I found one internet suggestion to open the admin cmd prompt and type "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt". After rebooting, the internet programs will again work. It is just not
so very long that they will then stop responding and I start all over again. Didn't know if this would shed any more light on the issue.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
