Windows 10: Disk 100%

Previously I had disk error issue, then day before yesterday my laptop dell, Windows 10 became too slow and some apps crashed not responding, then it rebooted automatically. It took about 15min to sign in, when I saw task manager, disk is 100% but I have more free space. After that I did somethings like disabling windows search in task manager & scheduled frag task scheduler, but this did not resolve this problem. Then I attempted to update the device drivers but update was not installed error - 1053 0x80070564,to overcome this I disabled background intelligent service and Windows update service, then cleared cache in c/windows/softwaredistribution /downloads but I did not solve the issue. Then in cmd prompt, I entered the command of restorehealth dism, it showed error-1016"an i/o operation initiated by the Registry failed", then I did sfc /scannow, this showed "windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them", after restarting, disk% is fluctuating. But when I open chrome,disk is again coming to 100%.

Can someone help me please, tmrw I have only University exam.

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

• Type services.msc and press Enter.
• Scroll down to find Windows Search, right-click it, and select
  Properties.
• Change the Startup type to Disabled and save the changes.

Disable Superfetch Service

Superfetch service has been identified as a possible cause of 100% disk utilization on Windows 10. To disable Superfetch service, kindly follow these steps:

• Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type net.exe stop superfetch and press Enter.
• Wait for a minute for the changes to apply and close the Command Prompt.
