Windows 10: Black Screen

G'day,

I have posted a question yesterday regarding a Black Screen problem. I received a reply. I followed everything that was suggested. For some reason when I try to Boot my computer in safe mode I am not able to do it. I am spending allot of time trying to get back into my Windows 10. I have tried so many ways, unfortunately none work. I boot up my computer 3 times until I get that help I need. When I click on restart and click F4 it will not let me get into the Safe Mode. It just goes back to the Black Screen. I would really appreciate some help to restore my Windows 10.
