Windows 10: Usb PnP audio device

I bought a Hama Urage Stream 400 plus microphone, and somehow it makes awful sounds while I speak. It is hardly recognizeable when I listen to it. I tried it with another laptop and it was working just fine. I tried downloading an app called Usb PnP audio device but after installation my laptop said that it was an audio output device, but it is clearly an input device, a microphone, so I uninstalled the program. Both of the laptops have Windows 10 installed but on this one I just couldn't fix it. I tried searching for new updates but Windows said that it is up to date,

Undetected/Missing drivers for USB PnP Audio Device.

Ah yes, the model is CM7000 by Vankyo.

When it's plugged into another device it comes up under Audio devices as Speaker Usb (PnP audio device).

It has a external 7.1 dolby sound card, and that's what my computer is failing to recognize.

ION instruction are for older versions of Windows.

When you connect a USB audio device to a Windows 10 Version 1703-based computer the first time, the operating system detects the device but loads the standard USB audio 2.0 driver (usbaudio2.sys) instead
of the specific device driver.

Under Audio inputs and outputs is shows Microphone array (4-usb pnp audio device and under sound, video and game controllers shows usp pnp device no error or yellow ! mark,

ION PremierLP turntable using EZ Vinyl Tape converter by ION. software. EZ connects to the Turntable but no sound gets to the Program. When I connect the Turntable to the RCA Ports connected to the computer by input for the microphone and the sound
gets to the speakers on the computer.
