Windows 10: FAILURE TO LOAD THE OS WINDOWS 10 VERSION 2004 After Automatic Restart while Hardware Scan...

I have a week back got My PC - Dell Vostro 15-3568 OS Recovery installed after experiencing innumerous errors and unable to load the Windows for nearly more than 3 months. Later, I have downloaded and installed Windows Updates and Dell Driver Updates. It has been working for 2 days. And, suddenly, the Settings App stopped opening, when I wished to run Windows Update of the System. And while running the Dell SupportAssist App to run the Hardware Scan, as I see there were problems in the earlier Scans of Hardware, Failures to run the Scans 100%, the System abruptly Re-started and the System didnt open and load the Windows 10 Version 2004 which was on My PC. And, Displayed the Message - Your Device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. 100% Complete. STOP CODE: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. Them, the System not opened, loaded the Windows OS.

the following steps:

Step 1: Disabling the automatic restart option to view error messages.

Many hardware driver or operating system errors will cause the computer to display a specific error message before stopping the operation or shutting down the computer. However, if the Automatically restart option
is enabled, an error message might not be displayed despite an error taking place. Disable this option to allow the computer to display the error message.
Follow these steps to disable the Automatically restart option:

• 
  In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
  
• 
  Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
  
• Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Checking for failed hardware.

Hardware problems can cause the computer to restart unexpectedly.

Enabling automatic reboot or automatic restart in Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  Open the System Properties.
  
• 
  On the Advanced tab, under the Startup and Recovery section click on the Settings button.
  
• 
  Under the System failure section check
  the automatically restart checkbox.
  
• 
  Click OK to close the startup and system properties windows and save changes.
