    Shockwave flash player isn't working on my pc


    My computer is months old and has windows 10. I also, Installed the new version of shockwave flash player but, I have noticed when I try to load a website with IE using shockwave player, It reloads and reloads until it crashes. When I tried playing a game made with shockwave It says Direct Player error script error #count. Surprisingly my laptop which is recently updated has the same version of shockwave and It works perfect. I been looking for a solution for many months. Anyone can help me resolve this? I would appreciate it.

    Shockwave Flash Player

    I have recently installed Windows 10 on two computers which was not without problems but that's another story!

    I prefer at present to use IE11 to browse. I'm having problems using Flash Player on one computer but the other is fine. I note that in the settings on the problem computer the publisher is "Unknown" for Shockwave Flash Player. On the computer with Flash
    working the publisher is listed as "Third Party etc etc".

    Is this the reason for it not working? If so, how can I correct it?

    I have followed for making Flash work but this advice doesn't include Publisher information

    Adobe flash player and shockwave keep crashing ever since i upgraded to windows 10.

    1. Does is issue occurs with Microsoft Edge?

    2. What is the exact error message are you getting?

    I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1: I suggest you to completely uninstall the Adobe flash player as mentioned in the below article and reinstall the flash player from their website, check if it helps.
